hmmmm….im starting to like teague i.jus.hope.he doesnt fall 4 addison … the plot is thickening with each passing chapter….-hehe- Goody…but i must admit….I CANT WAIT til shane an addison get together again..-sigh-

Well that is a nice talent to have. Makes you wonder if you are seeing who you think is before you, and not someone else.

And why do I get the feeling that Addison will have to much fun with that gift, once she gets it mastered.

Yeah, Teague’s and Addison’s relationship his a hell of a lot healthier than Shane’s and Joon’s, even pre-Joon revenge. Shane has the emotional maturity of an 18 year-old, frighteningly enough. Thanks to his son that’s starting to change.

That’s an interesting point about morals vs. ethics. I’ve always thought of them as interchangeable. Need to look into that.

You’re right, though. Teague may work for Triptych, but he’s not as caught up in the culture as our antiheroes. This may not be good for him in the end. We’ll see.

Of course, this also opens the “comedy of errors” potential of Teague-as-Myers being encountered by Joon. Wouldn’t that be an iiiinnnnnteresting conversation?

I find it an interesting parallel, but more of a mature one than the relationship between Myers and Joon. Teague can alter his appearance, but it’s by his own willpower, and one has to wonder if this might come into play in future–as it did with Joon and Myers. There’s a lot of room for exploitation on his part here, especially since he’s already garnered that there’s more than simple lust in Myers and Addison’s history.

With him having similar psychic abilities as Addison, there’s also the hint that this relationship is on much more even footing than the Joon/Myers relationship (though it could be argued that Myers is emotionally inexperienced in relationships, and that immaturity shows through in his choice to be with Joon).

Anyway, just some thoughts and observations–I’m loving this story and am all caught up in the dynamics, as you can tell!

At least if Addison wants Teague to be Myers he’ll know what is going on unlike Joon and they will both know where they stand.

On the other hand while Teague is obviously two faced I wonder if he might not be the first to realise something is wrong with the breach in the Shane/Addison relationship – and while a typical amoral Triptych employee I think he does have ethics (somewhat different from morals). Even with his own happiness (or at least sexual fulfillment) at stake his ethics may balk at that – or maybe he’s loyal enough that they won’t…
